I am an advocate and a licensed notary in Israel. I work with Israeli documents for use in Israel and abroad: apostilles, notarised translations, powers of attorney, declarations, consents, and certified copies.

First, I check what you actually need
I start with the document and the request from the office where you will submit it. Not every case needs a notary. Sometimes you can do everything yourself through gov.il, a court, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or e-Apostille.
When notarial work is needed, I prepare the document to the standard required for use in Israel or abroad. When it is not needed, I say so before you pay.

Notarial services and client guidance are provided in Russian, Hebrew, and English. All communication is direct, without intermediaries or translators.

Where and how meetings are held
- Alla meets clients by appointment in Petah Tikva and Tel Aviv, or at the client's location in Gush Dan.
- The fastest way to reach me is WhatsApp: +972-54-621-5611.
- Visits by arrangement. For a notarial act outside the office, the 2026 supplement is ₪645 for the first hour or part, from departure until return, and ₪197 for each further half-hour or part. Applicable VAT, travel expenses and the notarial act are additional. I confirm the total before work starts.
