Countries and document legalisation

Choose the country where you will use the Israeli document. The table shows whether the Hague Convention applies. The document type determines whether the MFA or a court issues the apostille; the court, bank, registry, or other office decides which format and translation it accepts.

ThailandThailand acceded to the Hague Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, but it enters into force for Thailand only on 28 February 2027. Until then, the Convention route does not apply; confirm the current consular legalisation, format, and translation requirements with the Thai mission and the receiving authority.
