Same-day notary service
Alla Flat · Notary #224143 · Bar #49324 · advocate since 2008
If you need the document today, I may be able to prepare a short notarised translation of up to one page in Russian, Hebrew, or English and obtain the court apostille on the same working day. Send the document by 09:00. Before I start, I confirm whether it is possible, when it will be ready, and what it will cost. You pay after the document is finished.
01 / 10 · First check
First I check whether you need a notary at all
Before taking on urgent work, I look at whether a notary is actually needed. Some tasks can be finished through gov.il, the Magistrate Court, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or the e-apostille route on your own. If yours is one of those, I say so right away, before any paid work.
If a notarial certification is required, I move on to the next check: whether the same-day window is realistic for your document.
02 / 10 · Conditions
When same-day is possible
Same-day handling is possible when all of the following hold:
- The document arrived by 09:00. A photo can be sent on WhatsApp; transfer of an original, if required, is arranged separately.
- Length up to one page, roughly 250-300 words.
- Language: Russian, Hebrew, or English, which I handle directly.
- You need the Magistrate Court apostille, not the MFA apostille.
When these conditions are met, I check availability and confirm whether your document and court apostille can be completed that working day before work starts.
03 / 10 · Process
How a same-day job runs
- Send the document by 09:00. Send a clear photo by WhatsApp or bring the original. Before 9 am, otherwise the same-day window has closed.
- Check the document. I confirm whether it can be finished today and whether a notary is needed at all. If you can do it yourself through gov.il, a court, or the office that asked for it, I will say so right away.
- Notarised translation and certification. A short translation up to one page is done and certified by Alla. Russian, Hebrew, and English are handled directly, without a translator in between.
- Court apostille the same working day. The certified document is submitted to the nearest Magistrate Court given my location that day. The apostille is issued the same working day.
- Hand over the finished document. You receive the apostilled document in person, by courier, or by registered mail. You pay only after the document is ready, no advance fees.

05 / 10 · Also fits
Also possible same-day
Under the same conditions (document by 09:00, language I handle directly), I can also finish the same working day:
- Power of attorney, drafted and notarised, with the court apostille if needed.
- Signature authentication.
The court apostille, when required, is issued the same day.
06 / 10 · Not same-day
Work that takes longer
These cases need the standard service rather than same-day handling:
- Long documents (more than one page) follow the standard timeline, not one day.
- MFA apostille for birth, marriage, or divorce certificates and diplomas. It is handled in Jerusalem and needs more time.
- Electronic apostille through the government portal. The client applies through gov.il.
- Documents in Ukrainian, French, Arabic, German, or another language I do not handle directly. A translator must prepare the text and sign a declaration, so the work takes more than one day.
07 / 10 · Court
Which Magistrate Court
The court apostille is issued through the nearest Magistrate Court given my location that day. I confirm the specific court in the morning when I confirm the same-day job.

10 / 10 · Questions
Frequently asked questions
- By what time do I have to send the document?
- By 09:00. Documents that arrive after that go into the normal queue with standard processing time.
- What counts as a "short" translation?
- One page, roughly 250-300 words. Anything longer is not a one-day job.
- Which court issues the apostille?
- A Magistrate Court, chosen based on my location that day. I confirm the specific court in the morning when I confirm the same-day job.
- What about the e-apostille via the Ministry of Justice portal?
- The client applies for it through gov.il. The same-day apostille in this service is the Magistrate Court apostille on a notarial document.
- What if the document is in Ukrainian, French, Arabic, or German?
- I work directly in Russian, Hebrew, and English. Other languages need a translator and certification of the translator declaration, so they usually take more than one day.
- What about an MFA apostille for a birth or marriage certificate?
- An MFA apostille is handled in Jerusalem and needs a different timeframe. Same-day work covers the court apostille on notarised documents.
- Do I pay before or after?
- After. I name the price before I start. You pay only after the document is ready. No advance fees.
- What if the document is longer than one page?
- I prepare it on the standard timeline, not same-day. I give a realistic estimate after I see the document.
- Can a POA or signature authentication also be done the same day?
- Yes, under the same conditions: document received by 09:00, in a language I handle directly. POA and signature authentication fit the same-day window, with court apostille if needed.
- Is at-client-location service available?
- Within Gush Dan (the Center): Tel Aviv, Ramat-Gan, Givatayim, Holon, Bat-Yam, Rishon LeZion, Petah Tikva, Herzliya. Visits by arrangement. For a notarial act outside the office, the 2026 supplement is ₪645 for the first hour or part, from departure until return, and ₪197 for each further half-hour or part. Applicable VAT, travel expenses and the notarial act are additional. I confirm the total before work starts.
