Process
Send a photo to Alla on WhatsApp and tell her where the document will be used.
I tell you whether you need a notary, apostille, translation, or POA. If you can do it yourself through gov.il, the court, or the MFA, I will tell you that too.
Before I start, we agree on the work, price, and timing.
You can collect the finished documents or have them sent by courier. I can also email a PDF copy when useful.
Before you pay
Tell Alla which Israeli document you have and send the exact request from the court, bank, university, registry, or other office that needs it. She can then tell you what must be done in Israel and whether a notary is necessary.
WhatsApp opens with your answers. Attach a photo of the document and the request you received. Alla will review both before confirming the work, price, and timing.
Quote in 5 seconds
Choose the document and the country where you will use it. I will show whether it normally goes to the MFA or a court, whether a notary is needed, and the estimated price and timing. No sign-up.
Pick a document and a country, I'll show the quote.
Prices ex-VAT. Translation, apostille, and courier may add to the total.

Contact
Send Alla the Israeli document and tell her where it will be used. She will explain what it needs, whether you can handle part of it yourself, and what her work would cost. Same-day service is sometimes possible, but she cannot promise it before seeing the document.
