Notary in Petah Tikva

Alla Flat · Notary #224143 · Bar #49324 · advocate since 2008

I am Alla Flat, advocate and notary, based in Petah Tikva and working across Gush Dan. I have offices in Petah Tikva and Tel Aviv. We meet by appointment at one of the offices, at your location or at another agreed place in Gush Dan. In English, Hebrew and Russian, at the official tariff.

01 / 08 · How it works

A notary by appointment, not a waiting room

Most notarial acts take one meeting: identity check, signature, certification. So instead of a reception with a queue, I schedule a time around your document. You send a photo or scan on WhatsApp first, I check whether you need a notary at all, and I tell you what to bring.

When the act does not require your presence, for example certifying a translation, there may be no meeting at all: the document is handed over and returned by courier or in person at an agreed place.

02 / 08 · Where

Where meetings take place

By prior appointment, on working days:

  • At your home, office, hospital or care home when the signatory cannot travel easily.
  • At my offices in Petah Tikva and Tel Aviv, by appointment.
  • Across Gush Dan: Petah Tikva, Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Holon, Bat Yam, Rishon LeZion, Herzliya. Travel is charged under the regulated supplement and agreed in advance.

I have offices in Petah Tikva and Tel Aviv. Appointments are booked in advance, and where needed I come to the client anywhere in Gush Dan.

03 / 08 · What I do

Notarial acts I perform in Petah Tikva

Every act at the official tariff, in three languages:

05 / 08 · Languages

English-speaking notary: no interpreter needed

I work directly in English, Hebrew and Russian. A document in English I read, translate and certify myself, and a signatory who does not read Hebrew hears the content explained in a language they understand before signing, as the law requires.

For Ukrainian, French, German and other languages only a translator’s declaration can be certified, which is not a notarised translation; I will explain how that is arranged.

06 / 08 · Steps

How an enquiry proceeds

  1. Photo of the document on WhatsApp. Send the document and say who is asking for it and why. I tell you whether a notary is needed and quote the tariff amount.
  2. Time and place. We agree a meeting in Petah Tikva or another Gush Dan city. If your presence is not required, we skip the meeting.
  3. The meeting. Identity check, an explanation of the document in your language where needed, signature and notarial certification.
  4. Apostille, if required. Filing with the Magistrate Court or the MFA, depending on the document. Timelines are stated in advance.
  5. Handover and payment. The finished document is delivered in person or by courier. Payment after delivery.
