Hosting and security infrastructure process ordinary request data needed to load pages, protect the service, and limit abuse. The website uses Google Analytics for visit statistics. Google may receive page, browser, device, and identifier information under its own privacy policy.

The website also creates a random session identifier in sessionStorage and records the page path, language, and WhatsApp clicks. These records help show which pages lead to an enquiry. The random identifier itself does not contain a name, phone number, or email address.

When you first send a message to the Igal chat, the site creates a random visitor identifier in the protected alla_ct cookie for up to one year. The database stores the language, incoming and outgoing message text, timestamps, and technical metadata needed to continue the conversation and monitor the service.

Do not send information that is unnecessary for the question. The chat is an automated assistant and does not replace a confidential discussion with Alla. A move to WhatsApp happens only after you choose to open and send the message.

When you contact the practice through WhatsApp or email, the practice processes what you voluntarily provide, including a name or contact detail, messages, documents, and facts about the task. This information is used to answer, check the request, prepare agreed work, and maintain professional correspondence.

WhatsApp, Meta, Microsoft, and any other channel you select process information under their own terms. Do not send a complete document when a redacted copy or one relevant page is enough for the initial check.

The public website is hosted on Vercel. Web-chat data and operational records are stored in Supabase. Google Analytics provides site statistics. WhatsApp is an external contact channel. Retention depends on the record, the purpose of the enquiry, and applicable professional duties; this page does not state one universal retention period for every client record.

To ask what information is connected to your enquiry, request a correction, or request deletion, email [email protected] and identify the channel and approximate contact date. The request will be considered subject to applicable law and duties to retain professional and financial records.

You may choose not to use the web chat and contact Alla directly. Clearing cookies and sessionStorage removes the browser-side identifiers, but it does not by itself delete correspondence already stored in operational systems.
