Notarial certifying stamp

Also known as: Удостоверительный штамп нотариуса · חותמת אישור הנוטריון

Official stamp of the notary placed on notarial documents to attest their legal validity.

The notary's certifying stamp in Israel contains the notary's name, licence number, and text of certification. The stamp is placed on the certification page, which is bound together with the main document. Together with the notary's signature, the stamp gives the document notarial force recognised by Israeli courts and authorities. For use abroad the notarial stamp is verified by an additional Magistrate Court apostille.
