General power of attorney
Also known as: Общая доверенность · ייפוי כוח כללי
Power of attorney with a broad scope of authority, covering several types of acts or an open-ended list of tasks.
A general power of attorney grants the representative broad authority — for example, the right to manage all property matters, represent in all banking and government institutions, sign any contracts in the named area. Used when the scope of acts is genuinely open-ended and not defined in advance. Requires caution: the representative receives significant powers, so it is important to choose the person carefully and define limits.
