Specific power of attorney
Also known as: Специальная доверенность · ייפוי כוח ספציפי
Power of attorney with a narrowly defined scope of authority — typically for a single transaction or single act.
A specific power of attorney limits the representative's authority to one particular transaction or single act — for example, selling a specific apartment, obtaining a single certificate from a government office, signing one contract. The advantage is minimal risk of misuse; the representative cannot act beyond the named task. Often the right choice when the scope is genuinely single-step.
